Solicitation # SRC0000036815
Solicitation SRC0000036815 is a Quick Quote issued by G33 Legal for the State of Alabama to procure a Crash Data Retrieval Tool. The contract is managed by the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer and is subject to a total cost ceiling of 25,000 dollars. The term of the agreement allows for annual renewals by written consent of both parties for a maximum duration of five years, provided the total expenditure does not exceed the 25,000 dollar limit. Price escalations may be requested for significant labor or material cost increases but are capped at 5 percent of the annual contract cost and must remain within the overall contract ceiling. Suppliers must submit responses electronically through the Alabama Buys portal and certify compliance with several state requirements, including E-Verify enrollment for Alabama employees, registration with the Alabama Secretary of State for foreign entities, and adherence to state and local tax laws. The State of Alabama reserves the right to evaluate bids based on price reasonableness and cost realism, and will only accept products following a satisfactory inspection. Additionally, the contract is subject to cancellation by the Chief Procurement Officer for convenience or if funds are not appropriated for subsequent fiscal periods. Vendors are required to accept various electronic payment methods, including P-cards and EFT, at no additional cost to the State.
