Small Craft Harbours (SCH) requires fully assembled engineered adjustable steel pallet rack for a new building, Building 25, in Steveston Paramount Site (12740 Trites Road, Richmond, BC.). The engineered steel pallet rack anchored into reinforced concrete slab shall hold up to 1000 loaded pallets with 10 loaded pallets per bay over 6 aisles as per the Architectural Drawing. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labour, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, quality control, health and safety practices, environmental protection, and all other necessary services for the proper and complete execution of the work. The work consists but not limited to the engineering, supply, deliver, off-load and complete installation of pallet racking and shelving system as per Architectural Drawings and below Pallet Racking Requirements. The completed racking installation must laid out as detailed in the Architectural drawings. All Pallet racking and shelving systems offered must comply with Canadian Standards Association (CSA) codes pertaining to steel. All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than seven (7) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
