Note 26 applies. This notice replaces SPM1C1-07-R-0220. RFP is for the purchase of 24,000 each min/96,000 AEQ/120,000 each max each of Parka, ECW, Loft, Urban Grey, Gen III (ECWCS). Two 100% mandatory term options will be included for 24,000 min/96,000 AEQ/120,000 max. National Stock Number is 8415-01-538-6278(s). Offers are to be based on FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA. Production Leadtime is 120 days after date of award for three deliveries. Purchase Description (PD) GL/PD-06-07 dated December 28, 2007 and pattern dated July 10, 2007 are applicable. Copies of the PD and single size pattern can be obtained through http://www.dscp.dla.mil/Portal/sreqfrm.aspx. Request for proposal SPM1C1-09-R-0011 will only be available through DIBBS. A technical proposal with PDMs and Past Performance evaluation factors will be required with your offer.
