Parking Attendants

The University of Exeter is seeking a professional provider for traffic management and parking stewarding services to support a variety of campus events, including graduation ceremonies, open days, student recruitment events, and Welcome Weekend activities. The successful supplier will provide trained, customer-focused personnel responsible for managing vehicle movements, parking operations, visitor arrivals, accessibility needs, and pedestrian safety to ensure a positive visitor experience. This contract is particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and will be performed at the university campuses in Devon, UK. The contract is valued at an estimated 149,000 GBP excluding VAT for a three-year term running from November 2, 2026, to November 1, 2029.
