GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Fresno Delineated Area: N: E. Fortune Ave. S: Prime Ave. E: Orange Ave. W: Northpointe Dr. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Space Type: Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 288 Parking Spaces (Surface): 288 (secured) Additional Requirements: Access Control System; adequate lighting in the parking lot and along the walk path/cross walk; 6 wrought iron fence with pickets and spikes; electrical power and/or generator for lights and readers; two rolling gates for entrance and exit; one pedestrian gate; six light poles; parking lot should be covered with asphalt with adequate drainage and be fully striped to indicate 288 spaces. Offered space must meet applicable Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
