Parkland County intends to enter into an agreement with CityView, a Division of N. Harris Computer Corporation for the Cityview Software Subscription and Maintenance Services for an additional period of five (5) years estimated to conclude in October 2031, with an approximate value of $1,406,704.50 excluding GST. This notice relates to ongoing use of proprietary software to support our municipal planning and development business processes based on an existing contract that resulted from a competitive bidding process. Parkland County publicly issued Request for Proposal No. P210111PD on January 12, 2021, which was subsequently awarded to CityView, a Division of N. Harris Computer Corporation on April 13, 2021. Suppliers who believe they can provide equivalent services and meet the County's requirements may submit a written statement of capabilities to Parkland County at contact@example.gov before November 12, 2026. The Statement of Capabilities must clearly demonstrate how the supplier can meet the County's requirements and maintain continuity of operations. If no supplier submits a satisfactory Statement of Capabilities by the deadline, Parkland County may proceed with the intended award. Should a supplier demonstrate that it is capable of meeting the County's requirements, Parkland County reserves the right to cancel the intended direct award and conduct a competitive procurement process.
