This unrestricted Indefinite Delivery Contract, managed by Julie Achterman, is for the procurement of turn signal parts kits under NSN 2540-01-431-1338. The acquisition follows FAR subpart 13.5 simplified procedures for commercial items and is based on U.S. Army Drawing 57K3222, Rev A. The contract structure includes a three-year base period with two one-year option periods, for a maximum total duration of five years. Award decisions will be determined by a combination of price, delivery, and performance. Delivery timelines vary based on testing requirements; if the Contractor First Article Test is required, the total schedule is 525 days after receipt of order, whereas a waiver reduces the delivery schedule to 375 days. Shipping is FOB Origin, and deliveries require a DD Form 1155. Due to the nature of the material, export controls apply and JCP certification is mandatory for interested parties. Offers must be submitted in English and US dollars via DIBBS or email.
