Sault Area Hospital (SAH) has issued an Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) for a Patient Flow Solution to identify if any suppliers, other than the intended supplier, can fully meet all the mandatory requirements outlined in the ACAN. Interested suppliers must submit a Statement of Capabilities accompanied by clear, current, and verifiable evidence demonstrating compliance with each mandatory criterion, using the specified Vendor Evidence Submission Template. The evaluation will be strictly pass/fail, with no partial compliance allowed. Importantly, SAH will not accept future roadmap items, conceptual designs, or unsupported marketing claims, and will not request any clarifications or additional information during the evaluation process. Failure to comply with any mandatory requirement will result in disqualification. If no suppliers meet all the mandatory requirements, SAH may proceed with awarding the contract to the intended supplier. However, if one or more suppliers successfully demonstrate full compliance, a competitive procurement process will be initiated. The submission of Statements of Capabilities is solely to determine the need for a competitive process and does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals. All communications must be directed to the designated Contracting Authority, Karen Milton, via the provided email. The solicitation was posted on April 20, 2026, with a response deadline of May 11, 2026, and further details and bidding documents are accessible through the MERX platform, potentially subject to fees.
