Amendment 0001 Correct the solicitation closing date to 9/2/2022. All Other Terms and conditions remain the same COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract for the the purchase of a Portable Water Boiler for Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) contained in this solicitation. 1. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is 100% set aside for small business. 2. This solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04, effective 30JAN2022, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20220228, effective 28FEB2022. The complete text of any of the provisions and clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquistion.gov. 3. The corresponding NAICS code is 332410; the small business size standard in 750 employees; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 4410. 4. Acceptable quotes shall meet all requirements of the SOW and terms and conditions of this RFQ. Award will be made to the lowest price offer that meets all technical requirements, terms of this RFQ and is determined to be a responsible contractor. 5. Delivery: Vendor shall build the Portable Water Boiler in accordance with the SOW and provide an estimated delivery date. All work, deliveries, and acceptance will be FOB destination 6.
