This Sources Sought notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), on behalf of the NSWCPD. The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of Engineering, Logistics, and Project Management Services Support to Damage Control, Fire Protection & Detection, Recoverability, and Lithium-ion Battery Facility Systems/Equipment.
SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials described in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Sources Sought Attachment.
NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 04:00PM EST, 21 May 2026.
