The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division is conducting market research to gather information on the availability of contractors capable of providing Engineering, Logistics, and Project Management Services in support of Damage Control, Fire Protection and Detection, Recoverability, and Lithium-ion Battery Facility Systems for Navy surface ships and submarines.
