Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) System

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division is procuring a single new Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) system with an integrated Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) system to enhance its capital improvement capabilities, specifically for metallographic analysis and high-resolution imaging within the Machinery Research, Logistics & Ship Integrity Department.
