Performance is expected at NSWCPD in Philadelphia and other government sites such as Mayport, Norfolk, San Diego, Yokosuka, and Pearl Harbor, with access limited to standard business hours. Compliance with strict security requirements is mandatory: all personnel must be U.S. citizens with at least a Confidential clearance and a Tier 3 background investigation, and the contractor must obtain a Facility Security Clearance within a timeframe to be determined post-award or risk contract termination. Full Description
This Request for Information (RFI) notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of lifecycle, modernization and in-service support for the Rolls-Royce Marine Gas Turbine Engines and their related shipboard auxiliary systems on all applications used throughout the U.S. Navy. Specifications are listed in the attached RFI Notice and Statment of Work (SOW).
SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials described in the Sources Sought Attachment.
NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 09 July 2026.
