The College of Southern Maryland ("College") invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the La Plata Campus PE Building Slope Repair and Exterior Concrete Stairway Reconstruction Project.

Additional Instructions: Bids shall be submitted electronically through the College's Bid Locker portal and must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 20, 2026, unless modified by addendum. Following the bid due date and time, the College will record the names of Bidders that submitted a timely bid. Late bids will not be accepted or considered.It is the sole responsibility of each Bidder to ensure that its bid is successfully submitted through Bid Locker prior to the stated deadline. The College is not responsible for bids delayed by technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or any other cause. Bidders are further responsible for ensuring that all required forms, certifications, attachments, and other submission requirements are complete. Failure to submit a complete bid may result in a determination that the bid is non-responsive.The ITB documents, including any addenda, may be obtained through the College's Bid Locker portal at:https://bidlocker.us/a/csmd/BidLockerBidders are responsible for monitoring the Bid Locker portal and obtaining all addenda and other solicitation updates issued by the College. Failure to acknowledge or incorporate applicable addenda may result in rejection of the bid.The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to waive minor informalities, irregularities, or technical deficiencies; to request clarification of bid submissions; and to take any action determined to be in the best interest of the College. Award of a contract, if made, is contingent upon the availability of funding and all required approvals.
