PE Building Slope Repair and Reconstruction Services

The College of Southern Maryland is soliciting sealed bids under ITB #27-003 for the PE Building Slope Repair and Exterior Concrete Stairway Reconstruction Project at its La Plata Campus. The scope of work involves the demolition of the existing exterior stairway, landings, sidewalks, and cheek walls, followed by the reconstruction of the stairway, slope stabilization, grading, drainage improvements, and the installation of handrails and erosion control measures. The successful contractor must provide performance and payment bonds each valued at 100% of the contract price and comply with Maryland state business authorizations and prevailing wage requirements. Payment will be processed monthly within 30 days of receiving a complete application for payment.
