PEO Digital TD - Red Cell

The U.S. Navy and PEO Digital are undertaking a strategic initiative to modernize and optimize its operations across three critical domains: (1) IT infrastructure, (2) logistics planning, and (3) ship maintenance. The Navy currently operates many IT systems, many of which host duplicative data and functionalities. This redundancy drains resources and detracts from mission priorities. The intent is to modernize cloud and IT systems using AI-driven optimization algorithms. The solution will provide a unified software inventory map, enabling the Navy to identify and phase out redundant systems and contracts. This effort will streamline workflows, reduce operational inefficiencies, and maximize budget allocation toward warfighter priorities.
