Full Description

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Alcohol Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) intends to issue a modification to exercise Option Period 2 associated with an award to PerkinElmer Inc. for Comprehensive Maintenance Plan for Laboratory Equipment. The period of performance for Option Period 2 will begin on January 5, 2016 through January 4, 2017. According to market research conducted, the maintenance is proprietary to PerkinElmer and they are the sole provider of maintenance and parts for this Laboratory Equipment. No soliciation package will be issued. This notice of intent to sole source for maintenance provided under Option Period 2 is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later that 12:00 PM ET on December 29, 2015.
