Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source: Solicitation# W81K00-17-Q-0001 The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source contract under the authority 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) - on a sole source basis to incumbent PerkinElmer Health Science, to provide Maintenance services on government owned PerkinElmer Medical Equipment at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) Biomedical Engineering Services (BES) and the respective using activity. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811219, and the size standard is $20.5M This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
