The Ashtabula Metropolitan Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for professional pest control services across 10 property sites in Ashtabula and Conneaut, Ohio. The scope of work requires an Integrated Pest Management System consisting of monthly interior inspections and treatments for pests such as roaches, gnats, spiders, and mice, as well as quarterly exterior treatments in March, June, September, and December. The contractor must provide a 30-day performance guarantee between applications, maintain detailed chemical logs at each property, and adhere to strict response times, including 48 hours for rats or mice and 72 hours for re-treatments. Compliance requirements include HUD-mandated labor standards, non-discrimination clauses, and certifications regarding debarment and lobbying. Payment is issued on a Net/30 basis upon submission of signed work orders and detailed invoices.
