Purpose of Solicitation: Pest Contron Service: Multi-Year Contract with Annual Renewals5-Year Contract (Must submit firm pricing, NO amendments can be processed for additional pricing for the life of the agreement.) This service will be for the period of award through September 30, 2031.This monthly general pest control service is to PREVENT AND CONTROL the spread of pests, inside AND outside of the building. This will consist of, but not limited to, external and internal treatment for roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, and spiders, and all/any other such rodents and bugs. Services should be performed on a monthly basis with recalls, as needed, at no additional charge. Services to be performed inside and outside of the building. Supplier is responsible for leaving invoice and service report at time of service. Quoted services should not include termite inspection and/or treatment. The vendor is to coordinate date and time of service with personnel at the facility.
