Pet Insurance Rebid (No-Cost to Agency) with Public Benefit Contribution

The County of Sacramento, through its Animal Care Services department, is soliciting proposals for a no-cost pet insurance program. The selected vendor must provide insurance coverage for pet adopters at zero financial obligation to the County, meaning the agency will not pay for premiums, claims, administrative fees, enrollment, implementation, or marketing costs.
