Petition to Change Water Right License 7367 (Application 16691)

As part of this modification, previous authorizations for irrigation and domestic uses are being removed from the license. The project is located near Blue Canyon in Placer County, specifically affecting an unnamed stream, Fulda Creek, and the North Fork of the North Fork American River. Because the project involves no construction, building, grading, or excavation, it has been issued a Notice of Exemption under Section 15308 for the Protection of the Environment. This administrative action is managed by the SWRCB Division of Water Rights and the US Forest Service Tahoe National Forest.
