The Project is limited to one encroachment for the removal of temporary emergency-riprap and site revegetation, as directed by California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), US Army Corps of Engineers, and the North Coast Water Quality Control Board. Work will include the removal of approximately 2,160 cubic yards of rock slope protection installed under emergency conditions in the winter of 2025 to temporarily stabilize the riverbank and protect transmission line infrastructure. Rock was installed on approximately 800 linear feet of bank at a depth of approximately 12 feet. Following removal, PG&E will revegetate the bank in consultation with CDFW.
