The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order for commercial license agreements for four products offered by Informa Business Intelligence, Inc.: (1) Pharmaprojects (15 seats), (2) Pink Sheet Online Only (15 seats), (3) Trial Predict (7 seats), and (4) Trial Trove (15 seats). This is not a Small Business Set Aside. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12- month base period from September 01, 2022, to August 31, 2023. The total estimated value is less than $250,000.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuant to FAR 13.501 and This hereby constitutes a synopsis for this requirement. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the Government. The determination not to compete in this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
