Pharmaceutical Repackaging Services for National CMOP (770)

Amendment 0004 to solicitation 36C77026R0004 seeks pharmaceutical repackaging services for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ National CMOP, with performance centered in Leavenworth, Kansas, and deliveries to multiple CMOP facilities nationwide. Emergency deliveries must be completed within 48 hours, while standard deliveries are due within 10 calendar days under FOB Destination terms, with the contractor bearing all transportation risks. Evaluation will be based on a trade-off approach prioritizing Technical Capability above all else, followed by Past Performance and Price, with no assigned numerical weights; Technical Capability includes operational capacity, quality control, management and contingency planning, and licensing and security compliance.
