Please be advised that late submissions will not be accepted or considered. This bid solicitation is Phase One of a two-phase procurement process: A) Phase One: Evaluation of the qualifications of all interested suppliers. B) Phase Two: Only suppliers deemed qualified in Phase One will be invited to submit a financial bid based on the project specifications and drawings. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the complete provision of labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to demolish and replace the existing roofs on buildings C1 and C2 at Saskatchewan Penitentiary (SK Pen). SK Pen is a Maximum-security facility owned and operated by Correctional Service Canada, located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
