This is the Phase 2 solicitation following an Invitation to Qualify (Phase 1). Only qualified suppliers from Phase 1 have been invited to bid.
The Contract Work includes: Supply and installation of approximately 70 m of 300 mm, 70 m of 250 mm, and 5 m of 150 mm diameter DI watermains including fittings and all other appurtenances; Supply and installation of two backflow preventers complete with concrete chambers and sumps; Supply and installation of two water meters complete with concrete chambers and sumps; Abandonment of approximately 50 m of existing 150 mm diameter watermain; Connections to City of Surrey watermains work at property lines; Pressure testing and chlorination; Asphalt and concrete pavement restoration; and Supply and installation of all erosion and sediment control measures.
