The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors (Vendor) to conduct competitive negotiations to enter a contract with Manassas Park City Schools (MPCS) to furnish all labor and materials to replace the rooftop HVAC units and equipment at Manassas Park Middle School (“MPMS”) in accordance with the stated requirements of this ITB (collectively, the Project).
