This is a solicitation notice for personal and non personal services to provide all labor/personnel, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform pre and post op management, research, and medical screening exams for Photorefractive Keratechtomy Surgical Services (PRK) at the Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC). Services includes Optometrists, Optometrist Research Coordinator, Clinic Management/Research Asistant, Surgical Technicians, Technicians, Administrative Service Manager, and Medical Records Clerks. The anticipated contract will be for a base period of 01 April 2016 through 31 March 2017, with four (4) one year option periods.
