Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. Correctional Service Canada (CSC) Health Services require services from primary care physicians for the following institution(s) in Ontario Region: Bath Institution Joyceville Institution Millhaven Institution Regional Treatment Centre Objectives: The Contractor (Primary Care Physician (PCP)) must provide integrated patient centred medical services to patients (inmates) in collaboration with the Institution's inter-disciplinary health care team. Deliverables: The PCP must provide integrated, trauma informed, culturally appropriate Primary Care health services to patients as described in the statement of work.
