The Department of Defence (DND) has a requirement to obtain Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software for a replacement Picture Archiving and Communications Software (PACS) solution at DND.
DND is looking for information on a PACS software solution that can support at least 400 concurrent users, including maintenance and support services for up to 7 years, and introductory training. The PACS software must serve as a primary tool in uncovering evidence from Diagnostic Images (DI), needed to make recommendations and draw conclusions for healthcare decision-making purposes within Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS).

The intent of this RFI and Draft Annex A - Statement of Requirement is to solicit feedback on all aspects detailed herein so as to enable Canada to consider industry perspectives and to provide industry with reasonable planning lead time to prepare for any resultant RFP. Please review Draft Annex A Statement of Requirement and Attachment 1 to Draft Annex A containing questions for industry.
