PIN-RIVET

This contract specifies the procurement of PIN-RIVET hardware defined by the part number NAS529-5-5 in accordance with the non-government standard NAS529 Revision NR dated 03/19/1980 and reference drawing 13873 EI-005517980 Revision NR dated 08/27/2024. All items must conform to the current revision of the governing standard, with past manufacture to prior revisions still acceptable. The item is classified as a critical application and must comply with the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which override any conflicting standards. Sampling must adhere to MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise stated, and attributes are to be assigned verification levels or AQLs as specified. Packaging must follow ASTM D3951 while fully complying with MIL-STD-129 labeling and DLA Packaging Requirements, including palletization per RP001. The unit of issue is each, with a quantity of 291 units and a total contract value of $291.00 per unit at FOB origin. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination, with no variance allowed in quantity. Delivery is required within 85 days from the contract award date, with the original required delivery date set for June 25, 2026, and the need ship date on September 30, 2026. Government identification must be removed from non-accepted supplies, and physical identification of the bare item must conform to RQ017. Transportation and shipping are governed by DLA procedural notes C19 and C20, with delivery address at Tinker AFB Oklahoma.
