PIN-RIVET

This contract specifies the procurement of 100 PIN-RIVET units with NSN 5320-01-274-5732 and part number 7MLS100-M05-03 from HUCK INTERNATIONAL, INC., manufactured in accordance with reference drawing NR 26512 GR501BB Revision F dated 01/31/2025. The item is designated as a critical application component and must conform to all technical and quality requirements listed in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which take precedence over any other standards. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified, and critical, major, and minor attributes must be verified at levels VII, IV, and II or corresponding AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0. Unit Unique Identification is not required per customer request, and government identification must be removed from non-accepted supplies. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, with palletization following DLA’s RP001 requirements, and all markings must adhere to RQ017 physical identification standards. Delivery is FOB origin with a strict five-day lead time and zero quantity variance. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination, and shipment must be sent by the fastest traceable means—parcel post is prohibited. The delivery address is the Naval Base Coronado in San Diego, with a required delivery date of July 2, 2026. All documentation, including engineering change proposals and variance requests, must follow RQ002 and other referenced DLA quality protocols, and compliance with federal acquisition regulations is mandatory.
