The contract is managed under the First Destination Transportation program with delivery required within 166 days after the order date, with a target need ship date of April 6, 2027. All offers must be submitted via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) and based on FOB Origin terms. The procurement includes strict quality and technical mandates, requiring manufacturers to maintain an inspection system compliant with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001 tailored to SAE AS9003. Packaging must adhere to ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, with DLA Master List requirements taking precedence. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin. Payment and invoicing are processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
