The contract specifies the procurement of three straight threaded pins identified by NSN 5315-01-227-3514 under solicitation SPE4A0-26-T-3016, with delivery required within five days to the Naval Coastal Systems Center in Norfolk, Virginia. All items must conform to technical and quality requirements referenced from the DLA Master List, and packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, including specific handling codes and palletization guidelines per DLA standards. Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination, with zero tolerance for non-conformances under sampling protocols aligned with MIL-STD-1916 or equivalent zero-based plans, unless otherwise directed. The item is exempt from Unique Item Identification per customer request, and mercury or mercury-containing compounds are strictly prohibited except in designated functional applications such as batteries or sensors, where secondary containment is mandatory. Cybersecurity requirements mandate a CMMC Level 2 self-assessment, and all supplies must avoid direct contact with mercury unless specifically authorized. Marking and shipment instructions prohibit parcel post and require traceable freight methods with designated RDD and project codes. The delivery is FOB origin, with no variance allowed in quantity, and the supplier must meet the original delivery date of May 5, 2026. Commercial details include a unit price of $3.00 per piece totaling $9.00, with all documentation tied to the DLA Procurement system and standardized unit of issue guidelines. The point of contact for inquiries is Danita Davis, and the solicitation response deadline is May 15, 2026.
