Pinal County Adult Detention Center Intercom System Replacement

Pinal County is soliciting proposals under RFP270832 for a qualified vendor to replace the end-of-life DXI intercom system at the Pinal County Sheriff's Office Adult Detention Center. The project requires the installation of a new VoIP-based system consisting of approximately 858 intercoms, including the termination, certification, and labeling of new Ethernet runs. A critical requirement is the seamless integration of the new video VoIP intercoms with the facility's existing AVEVA door control system and the current 2-wire system. To ensure operational continuity, the vendor must maintain intercom functionality throughout the project with only minimal downtime.
