Pine Ledge Drive & Robinson Road Improvement Project

Sealed Bids for the construction of roadway and drainage improvements on Pine Ledge Drive, Robinsons Road, and Ridge Top Lane in Wells, ME, (including full depth reconstruction, drainage improvements, traffic control, and site restoration) will be received by the Town Manager’s Office, 208 Sanford Road Wells, ME 04090 until 2:00  pm, November 8, 2024 and then publicly opened and read aloud.Completion time for the project will be calculated as 150 calendar days from the date specified in the “Notice to Proceed”. It is anticipated that a Notice to Proceed will be issued in Spring 2025. Final Completion must be reached by within 30 days of Substantial Completion.Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security made payable to the Town of Wells in an amount of 5% of Bidder’s Bid price and shall be in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements included in the General Conditions of the contract.
