Pine Ridge Medical Services

This contract is a Request for Quotation issued by the USDA Forest Service under solicitation number 1282A726Q0023 to provide on-site medical services at the Pine Ridge Job Corps Center in Chadron, Nebraska. The scope of work requires comprehensive health services including examinations, assessments, treatment, prescription issuance, immunizations, health condition monitoring, hospitalization recommendations, follow-up care, prevention planning, and intervention, all aligned with the Statement of Work and Job Corps Federal Regulations (Title 20 CFR Part 684). Medical personnel must be licensed to practice independently in Nebraska, maintain malpractice and general liability insurance, and be prepared to undergo background checks and drug testing as required by the Contracting Officer. Services are expected on a weekly basis, typically one or two days per week between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, and must comply with OSHA, HIPAA, American Medical Association guidelines, and center-specific infection control policies. All student records and reports generated under the contract are the exclusive property of the U.S. government. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5 with a NAICS code of 621111 and a small business size standard of Q201, limited exclusively to eligible small businesses. Quotes must include complete pricing, resumes, proof of insurance, and valid professional licenses to be considered responsive; failure to provide any of these elements may result in non-responsiveness. Invoices must be submitted monthly between the first and fifteenth day of the following month via the Invoicing Processing Platform (IPP), and only for services rendered during the billing period under the applicable Contract Line Item Numbers. Key personnel must maintain current contact information with the Center HWD or Contracting Officer’s Representative and notify them of any extended absence, requiring a qualified substitute. Contractors are required to report monthly on student medical separations, equipment needs, supply levels, and special services costs to the Center Director and HWD, and must immediately report any adverse student behavior incidents. Funds are not currently available, and the government retains the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursement of offeror expenses.
