All deliveries must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E for preservation and MIL-STD-129 for marking and barcoding, with palletization governed by DLA Packaging Requirements, bundling required for pipes larger than 1.5 inches, and master lift weights capped at 2,000 pounds. Zero Tolerance sampling standards apply with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination, utilizing MIL-STD-1916 or comparable zero-based sampling systems, where no non-conformances are acceptable. The contract prohibits the use of Class I ozone-depleting chemicals and intentional introduction of mercury or mercury-containing compounds except in specified exempt applications like batteries or instruments, all of which must meet NAVSEA 5100-003D containment standards. Required contract data deliverables include Quality Conformance Inspection (RQ006) and Removal of Government Identification (RQ011), and all materials must be accompanied by certification data consistent with CDRL-METALSCERT. The delivery timeframe is 161 days from award, with FOB Origin terms, and the sole delivery destination is the DLA Distribution facility in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.
