The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for Pipeline Security Directives Reports. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Partner Forces, LLC 3104 Country Lake Court Austin, TX 78732-1903. The related North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. This contract will address the posture of the cybersecurity of the Pipeline Security Directives. The period of performance for this effort will be 4-months. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
