All items must comply with stringent technical and quality requirements specified in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, where any 'R' or 'I' numbered provision takes precedence over general standards. Packaging must adhere to ASTM D3951 and DLA’s RP001 for palletization, while marking and labeling must follow MIL-STD-129, including mandatory barcoding and physical identification of bare items per RQ017. Hazardous materials require compliance with 29 CFR 1910.1200, FIFRA, and FFDCA, with hazard labels submitted for government approval prior to shipment. The contract mandates adherence to ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and requires sampling inspection using MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances allowed unless otherwise specified; critical, major, and minor attributes must meet AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0 respectively. Cybersecurity compliance is enforced through CMMC Level 2 self-assessment and NIST SP 800-171 requirements, with safeguarding of covered defense information governed by clause 252.204-7012.
