Full Description

National Research Council of Canada has a requirement for the supply of one plasma cleaner device and its required auxiliary equipment to support the cleaning and preparation of surfaces for the physical deposition of thin films onto sample surfaces, soft etching/lithography of substrate surfaces, for the surface modification of nanoparticle powders, and preparation of samples for characterization. This plasma cleaner device will be used across each of the research projects and applications at Clean Energy Innovation-Mississauga.
