This fixed-price solicitation, issued by the DLA Weapons Support Land Supply Chain, is for the procurement of 42 units of push door plates (NSN 5340-01-670-6640). The contract requires delivery within 141 days after the award date, with shipping, inspection, and acceptance all designated as FOB Origin. A critical requirement of this acquisition is the First Article Test (FAT), which requires the contractor to test two units and submit a test report within 15 calendar days of the contract date, while providing the government 14 days notice prior to shipment. The contract is not a small business set-aside and falls under NAICS code 332510. It mandates strict adherence to quality and technical standards, including ISO 9001:2015 compliance and the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements. Due to the nature of the technical data, the contract is subject to ITAR and EAR export controls, requiring contractors to have approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-129 and ASTM D3951, and all invoicing must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
