Technical specifications mandate the use of CRES per drawing P5611722 and SAE AMS-QQ-S-763 Class 316, with mandatory intergranular corrosion testing. Deliverables include the hardware and associated certification data CDRLs, which must be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for review by Portsmouth Naval Shipyard prior to shipment. Final delivery is expected within 365 days of the contract effective date, with the FAT report due 180 days after the approval of the purchase request. Award will be made to a single, technically acceptable offeror based on the most advantageous combination of price and past performance, with past performance weighted as more important than price. Evaluation may include the DoD Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The solicitation has undergone multiple amendments, with the final closing date for offers extended to November 12, 2026. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129, with final delivery directed to the Naval Station Newport in Rhode Island.
