Platform Integration Kits for Light Armored Vehicle/Blue Force Tracker

The solicitation number for this requirement is changing from M67854-12-R-2418 to M67854-13-R-2402. Both solicitation numbers will remain active at the Federal Business Opportunities Website (www.fbo.gov) until the solicitation is released, which is planned for release on or about 19 Jan 13. Once solicitation M67854-13-R-2402 is released, the announcement for M67854-12-R-2418 will be moved to the archived files. The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the procurement of Blue Force Tracker (BFT) Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) Platform Integration Kits (PIKs). This requirement is being synopsized as a 100% Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334419 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Government anticipates entering into a Firm Fixed Price contract. A Request for Proposals (RFP) is planned to be released on or about 12 Dec 12, with proposals due 35 days thereafter. All terms and conditions will be identified in the solicitation. This solicitation will be available to interested parties though the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov/). It is the responsibility of interested parties to independently watch the website for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any. The written solicitation and amendments will not be issued. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Database (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
