When you arrive the guard may deny your admittance if you are not on the list and do not have the required valid government issued ID for entrance. The Trinity River Authority of Texas hereafter referred to as AUTHORITY is soliciting bids for its annual supply PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and OIT (Operator Interface Terminal) parts. Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) are the computers that operate pumps, valves, chemical feed systems, treatment processes, and remote facilities. Operator Interface Terminals allow operators to monitor and control treatment equipment through touchscreens. AUTHORITY is not purchasing a complete control system project. Instead, it is establishing an annual contract for the supply of replacement and spare PLC, HMI, communication, and instrumentation parts used to maintain and repair existing automation and SCADA systems at its water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping, and remote facilities. These components are critical for maintaining operational reliability, process control, monitoring, and regulatory compliance throughout AUTHORITY infrastructure.
