Pleasant Hill 2040 General Plan

The City of Pleasant Hill is amending its Municipal Code, Title 18, and updating the official zoning map to rezone 1,072 parcels citywide in alignment with the adopted 2040 General Plan and the 2023–2031 Housing Element. This regulatory action ensures consistency between land use designations and state-mandated housing goals without proposing any new development beyond what was previously analyzed in the certified 2040 General Plan Programmatic Environmental Impact Report. No delivery schedules, payment terms, invoicing protocols, or performance metrics are applicable, as the deliverables are limited to the adoption of revised zoning ordinances and map updates.
