The lot line adjustment involves two existing properties (described above), Parcel 1 and 2 (Parcel C and Parcel D as shown on Parcel Map No. 74274, filed in Book 20 of Parcel Maps, Page 28, Placer County Records). These adjoining parcels are owned by members of the same family. The project proposes that 0.75+/- acres be transferred from Parcel 1 to Parcel 2, and 0.32+/- acres be transferred from Parcel 2 to Parcel 1. The area to be transferred to Parcel 2 contains improvements that were built by the Corsi family and would like to retain on one parcel. The area to be transferred to Parcel 1 is undisturbed. There are no septic systems or propane tanks in the vicinity of the proposed boundary lines. The resulting parcels in this Minor Boundary Line Adjustment (MBLA) will be compliant with current zoning and will maintain the aesthetic of the area. Parcel 1 is undeveloped, and Parcel 2 is developed with a 1,696 square-foot single-family residence. There is no grading or construction proposed in conjunction with this MBLA.
