PLUG, SUPPORT

The contract is for the procurement of 140 units of PLUG, SUPPORT with NSN 2090-01-138-3061 under solicitation SPE7M4-26-T-244R, issued by the Department of Defense’s Fluid Handling Division. Delivery is required within 70 days after order, and the solicitation closed on July 20, 2026, with a posted date of July 9, 2026. This is a restricted source item manufactured exclusively to the OEM drawing specified, and only prequalified suppliers listed in the solicitation are eligible to respond. Offers from other manufacturers must include comprehensive technical and quality data sufficient for evaluation per DLAI 3200.1, Enclosure 6. The contract incorporates all DLA packaging, technical, and quality requirements referenced in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with the version in effect on the solicitation issue date controlling for this simplified acquisition. Mercury or mercury-containing compounds are strictly prohibited from intentional addition or direct contact with the supplied hardware, except for specific, permitted uses such as batteries, fluorescent lights, sensors, weapon systems, and chemical reagents approved by NAVSEA. Portable fluorescent lamps or instruments containing mercury must be shock-proof and feature a secondary containment boundary per NAVSEA 5100-003D.
