PLUNGER, DETENT

The contract pertains to the delivery of 24 units of a plunger, detent, identified by NSN 1650-01-339-5277, under solicitation number SPE4A7-26-T-575R, with a delivery requirement of 200 days after order. The contractor is required to perform a Production Lot Test and submit a Production Lot Test Report clearly marked with the contract number and lot/item number. This report must be presented to the Quality Assurance Representative for review. All shipments of PLT reports must accompany DD Form 1222 and DD Form 250 or iRAPT receiving reports, each signed by the QAR, along with a copy of the contract or order, all applicable test reports detailing actual results and specified tolerances, material and process certifications, process operations and inspection method sheets, and the manufacturing drawings used for the PLT sample with appropriate markings to restrict public disclosure and limit government use as necessary. The procurement is managed by the Department of Defense through the ASC SUPPLIER OPER AE AND AF DIV, with performance specified to occur in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, 17070-5002, and primary point of contact is Jahaida Hall Hudson.
