Full Description

The Contractor shall perform environmental services at Rajen Dairy in Clovis, NM that include: Maintenance, Sampling and analysis, secure storage of Investigation Derived Waste (IDW) on site, recording operation parameters (room temperature, operating pressure, total flow and instantaneous flow rate), replacing the QA-5300 battery, replacing filters and days of operation of three Aquasana QA-5300 PFAS removal systems. On a quarterly basis, sampling and analysis for monitoring system performance to ensure and verify that PFAS-free water is supplied, with some variation based on seasonal water use. Time-sensitive Corrective Action is required for effluent that exceeds the EPA lifetime HA. Report and document deliverables shall be prepared to meet Department of Defense (DoD) requirements. IDW shall be disposed by the Contractor in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations and requirements. All maintenance and installation activities shall be accomplished by New Mexico State licensed plumber.
